SUYL EP5: Not All Heroes Wear Capes

Episode 5 of the Signal Bikes 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗨𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹  video series joins teenager Lizzy Brink through the twists, turns, roots and puddles of Heroes Trail - her Local within the Concordia Contour Trail network 🚲💨 🇿🇦

Living just a stone's throw away from Knysna's Concordia Contour Trail network, Lizzy rides her S610 like a boss!

In Episode 5, Oli joins Lizzy on her favourite local, Heroes Trail, which gets its name from the colourful stones that are dotted alongside the trail amongst the tree stumps and pine needles. She and her classmates have beautifully hand painted each of the stones with various characters like Batman, Angry Birds and of course, Sponge Bob Square Pants!!

Oli was super impressed by Lizzy's confidence on the technical aspects of Heroes Trail, hardly flinching as she negotiated a rutted switchback, numerous steep pitches and off-camber, rooty sections not to mention looking intently for big, muddy puddles to blast through between sections of single track.

We love Lizzy's attitude ... this tenacious teenager has the perfect mix: at just 13, she is pushing her limits while having a ton of fun riding her mountain bike.
